1. Returns
At Altitude Adventures, we take pride in offering high-quality drone products and accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
1.1 Eligibility for Returns

- The packaging must be intact, including all original tags and labels.
- Any included accessories, manuals, and documentation must be returned with the product.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

- Items that have been used or opened.
- Damaged or altered items not due to our error.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at admin@altitudeadventures.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued according to the following conditions:
