Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

At Altitude Adventures, we take pride in offering high-quality drone products and accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within [number of days, e.g., 30 days] from the date of purchase.
• The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
• The packaging must be intact, including all original tags and labels.
• Any included accessories, manuals, and documentation must be returned with the product.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards and digital products.
• Items that have been used or opened.
• Damaged or altered items not due to our error.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at admin@altitudeadventures.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
• Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
• Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued according to the following conditions:

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

• If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Please allow 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

3.2 Restocking Fee

• A restocking fee of 5% may apply to certain returns, particularly for opened or used items.

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
